How It All Began
LittleLink ID began with a simple idea in my own work as a registered childminder, during an outing. I realised that if something happened to me, there was no quick or secure method to share essential contact information.
I wanted to build on the strong safeguarding systems we already have, adding an extra layer of visibility and reassurance for lone working childcare professionals.

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use high-level 256-bit SSL encryption for all data. Your information is stored securely in the cloud and only accessible through authorised QR code scans. We're GDPR compliant and undergo regular security audits.
What if someone scans my QR code who shouldn't?
You have complete control over what information is visible and when. You can enable/disable access instantly through the app. All scans are logged so you know exactly who accessed your information and when.
How many children can I add?
There's no limit! Add as many children as you care for. You can easily update information, add new children, or remove those no longer in your care at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. The one-time setup fee covers your physical ID and lanyard, which you keep regardless.
How long until I receive my ID?
Once you complete your profile setup, your professional ID lanyard and card will be shipped within 5-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email.
